FIRST USE: wash the product with water and grease the inner coating with oil or food fat. Rewash it and then wipe it with a soft cloth.
GENERAL WARNINGS: do not overheat the product if empty. To save energy and obtain a better cooking result, cook on a medium flame. Use nylon, plastic or wooden utensils to avoid damaging the non-stick coating. In case the handle is made of stainless steel, it is recommended to use pot holders to avoid burning yourself while using pans/casseroles.
WASHING: do not spill cold water on the item when it is still hot. Do not use abrasive sponges. Wipe the product immediately after washing.
ATTENTION: stains may form on light non-stick surfaces with use which are NOT to be considered “defects” as they do not affect the quality and resistance of the product. These stains could form because light non-stick coatings are more delicate than dark coatings
